• Before purchasing Model 1215: Please note that lever handle for exterior door is only a compatible replacement for storm door handles that have two location posts and an anchor screw; if your existing handle has four location posts and no anchor screw, you will need to purchase model 1216 from Ideal Security
• Door Compatibility: This lever handle only works with out-swinging doors that are 1 to 2-1/8 inches thick; it is not compatible with in-swinging storm or screen doors
• Straightforward Installation: When replacing an existing handle, the screw posts for the handle must be 1-3/4" apart; for new installations, you’ll need a 7/8-inch spade bore drill bit (not included)
